Gail Plumberg

Gail Plumberg brings three decades of diverse public relations skills to VOCOMM’s  “A” team of professionals.  A former newspaper and television journalist, she also spent nearly 20 years with AT&T public relations.  Her strategic experience includes media relations, event management, community profiling and executive positioning for such clients as Lucent Technologies, Merrill Lynch, Compaq Computers and TXU Energy.

Some of Gail’s career highlights include: serving as media relations spokesperson and logistics manager for Compaq Computer Corporation’s incredibly successful “Give Thanks, America” media tour; managing community and corporate entertainment and acting as representative of scholarship events for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo; and designing and creating more than a dozen black-tie, world-premiere events supporting corporate donations, which included community, political and economic leaders in Houston and San Antonio.
